![]() The best part of the meal (which was over $40 for brunch for both of us plus our drinks) was the dessert selection. My husband likes New Orleans type food and they had advertised their Mardi Gras Buffet and how many New Orleans-type menu items they would have.NOT>.they did not even have etoufee.they had a bland rice and beans dish, could not keep enough oysters on the halfshell up on the bar for everyone. At this Paula Deen Buffet, I actually had to throw away my biscuits (they were hard and dry) and gravy (no taste!).can you imagine? Having to throw away biscuits and gravy at a Paula Deen Buffet? The syrup for the pancakes and waffles was literally like brown was not rich and thick as any pancake syrup should be. We had previously been to the one in Tunica and LOVED it and had a hard time stopping our eating. I was very disappointed in the Horseshoe Casino Paula Deen Buffet.
